|Recommended: YesMove in rediness — Everything was quite adequate. The physical accommodations are above average with high ceilings and very pleasing decor. Apartments feel much larger than the actual square footage. Location is quiet. Parking is very good. Move in readiness was below par but staff eventually was able to remedy the most pertinent issues.

|Recommended: YesQuick and Easy Move — I was moving to Tulsa within 5 days and needed to get an apartment quickly and found Riverwalk. It had everything I needed and more and the staff was very accommodating with the quick turnaround. I was able to move in on that Saturday with no issue.

|Recommended: NoMy apartment is nice — My apartment is nice and so is my view. There are issues with the utilities some I wasn't told about. It used to be gated kind of, the walk thru gates have always been broken, now the gate is open during the day. I don't call that gated. It has pretty flowering trees by the pool which seem to be a issue for the pump. I could go on. Like I said my apartment is nice, a little to pricey.

While the vehicle gate is open during certain daytime hours, we understand how expectations around a gated community can differ, and your feedback is valuable as we continue evaluating security and access.
Regarding the pool area, our team actively monitors and maintains the equipment, and we appreciate your patience as we balance landscaping beauty with pool functionality.
